NetSuite Support Tips

 

 NetSuite Sandbox Account: All record Internal IDs will be the same in the sandbox account as in the production account after a sandbox refresh from the production account.

 NetSuite Mass Updates: Fields to update must be normal display on the preferred form.

 NetSuite Records: To view the XML version of a page/record, add &xml=T to the end of the page URL and press enter on the keyboard.

 NetSuite User Preference: Popup Search Uses Keywords = True user preference allows a user to type the transaction number in a transaction list/record field.

 NetSuite Date/Time Display: Date/Time display for scheduled scripts, script execution logs and system notes is determined by user role time zone preference.

 NetSuite Scheduled Reports: When a scheduled report recipient is a group, one email is sent to the email address on the group record.
